Consultancy to Conduct an Organisational Restructuring of the MSG Secretariat

The Melanesian Spearhead Group (MSG) Secretariat is seeking to hire a suitably qualified and experienced consultant(s) to conduct a comprehensive job evaluation and organisational restructure of the Secretariat.

Applicants should have:

  • Must have a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management  or related discipline
  • High level experience working in the Pacific and/or other CROP Agencies
  • Experience in human resource management and organisational development, theory, methodology and practices.
  • Must be fluent in written and spoken English.
